A great par 5 opening hole, offering players an opportunity to get the nerves worked out with a very generous landing area on the tee shot, a mid-iron layup into another generous landing area, leaving a short iron or wedge into a receptive green. Just be sure to carry the deep fronting bunker staring you in the face.

Caddy Tip: Use the sod-wall bunker as a target off the tee to position yourself in the center of the fairway.
